Overdue invoices, chased every morning.
Signed by you.

Averin ranks your debtors book, writes the follow-up in your name and sends it. Email, WhatsApp, then a call. You read the outcomes, not the admin.

Runs on a debtors export. Never touches your bank.

A morning, end to end

You open the laptop. It is already done.

  1. 07:00

    The book is scored

Every open invoice ranked on amount and age. The queue reorders itself overnight.

  2. 08:00

    Emails go out

Each one written in your name, quoting the invoice, the amount and the days overdue.

  3. 09:30

    WhatsApp and calls

Silence escalates. A message, then a call, inside the hours the Act allows.

  4. 11:00

    Promises land

Dates captured, disputes flagged to you, a report in your inbox.

How it works

A queue, a send, a promise.

Three things happen every morning without you. Averin decides the order, writes the words and records what came back.

Priority queue

Who gets chased first.

Every account is scored on the amount owed and how long it has been outstanding. The large invoice that is sixty days late sits above the small one that is two weeks late, every time.

  • Score = amount × log of days overdue
  • Re-ranked after every reply and payment
  • Accounts under R500 stay out of the queue

The priority queue: twelve accounts ranked by score with contact, amount owed and days overdue.

Written and sent

The email you never had to write.

Each follow-up goes out under your name and your address, with the reference, the amount and the days overdue filled in. Polite on the first pass, firmer on the second. Replies are read and the sentiment surfaced to you.

  • Courtesy notice, then a formal demand, then a call
  • English, Zulu, Afrikaans, Xhosa, Sotho and Tswana
  • Stops the moment an account is paid

Promises tracked

Every promise, on record.

When a debtor commits to a date, Averin writes it down, reminds you the day before it lapses and flags the ones that break. The live stream shows each send and each outcome as it happens.

  • Promise to pay, arrangement, dispute, no answer
  • Disputes are routed to you, never argued by software
  • A report lands in your inbox when the run finishes

One book, one run

What a single morning on the demo book looks like.

Twelve accounts, R1.25 million outstanding, seven promises to pay. These are the numbers from that run, not a forecast.

Book exposure
R1,247,800

Across twelve accounts, fourteen to seventy-one days overdue.

Committed to pay
R469 900

Four promises in full and three payment arrangements.

Accounts reached
11 / 12

One number failed to connect and was flagged for you.

Promise rate
64%

Of accounts reached, the share that committed to a date.

Results on your own book depend on your debtors. We will run it on a real export before you decide anything.

Control

Automatic is not unaccountable.

It sends without you. It does not act outside the rules you set, and it never hides what it did.

Your rules
Tone, cadence, the gap between escalations and the ceiling on how far an account goes before it reaches a human.
Stop anything
Pause an account, a client or the whole run. A paid invoice drops out of the queue on its own.
Lawful contact
Follow-ups go out in your name, state the purpose up front, offer the right to dispute and keep to lawful contact hours. Calls say they are recorded. No legal threats unless you authorise them.
Audit log
Every send, call and outcome is timestamped and append-only. Export it whenever a client or a partner asks.
Where your data sits
Your book is held with a cloud host outside South Africa under a POPIA section 72 transfer clause. An operator agreement drafted for section 21 is ready for your attorney.

Live run

R469 900 committed before lunch.

A R1.25 million book, twelve accounts, fourteen to seventy-one days overdue. Averin scored the book, sent twelve emails in the client's name, followed each with WhatsApp and called every account that stayed quiet.

Eleven were reached. Seven committed to a date, four in full and three on instalments. One number failed to connect and was flagged for a human. The largest account, seventy-one days out at R134 000, agreed to a three-month arrangement on the call.

Bookkeeping practice · 14 client books

Projection

Friday afternoons, back.

Take a practice carrying fourteen client books with roughly R4.1 million open between them, where one person writes the follow-ups by hand every Friday.

Each book runs on its own schedule, under its own client's name and address. At the rate above, the past-due portion produces commitments without anyone drafting a letter, and every client gets a separate report and a separate audit log their accountant can sign off.

Building materials supplier · 180 accounts

Projection

The rep never has to ask for money.

Take a supplier with 180 accounts on thirty-day terms and R6.8 million open, of which about R2.7 million is past due.

Reminders go out from the accounts address rather than the rep, so the person holding the relationship is never the person chasing it. Applying the same share of book committed as the live run above gives roughly R1.0 million in dated commitments from a single pass.

The first study is a live run of Averin on our demo book, and those are its real outputs. The second and third are projections onto assumed books at the same per-run rate, not client results. On the walkthrough we run your own export and that becomes the study we show you.

“I used to lose Friday afternoons writing the same three emails to the same twelve people. Now I read the outcomes on Monday.”

“Our reps hated chasing. The reminder comes from our accounts address, so the relationship survives and the money still arrives.”
